WHAT IS HAIRPINS?

WHAT IS HAIRPINS?

Hairpins is an events platform and community organization for lesbians, queers, transgender and non-binary people, and gender-diverse individuals.

Through Hairpins LLC, we host nightlife events and bar pop-ups. Through the Dropping Hairpins Project, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we lead educational programming, community gatherings, and mutual aid efforts.

We build community in places where dedicated lesbian bars and queer-femme spaces don’t exist.
